Cartoon Network has recently pulled Stoked from their schedule before airing the final four episodes of season one (likely due to the show's unfortunately bad ratings), and it seems very unlikely that they'll air season two at all. For Stoked fans here in the States, that may mean we'll never get to see the second season of Stoked. The news came to me like a punch in the gut. It was like having to move away from a bunch of really good friends that you've gotten used to hanging out with. I know I'm getting emotional but Stoked was my favorite show and it meant quite a lot to me, I fell in love with its endearing characters and I'm deeply invested in what's going to happen to them. It's agonizing knowing I might not get to see the second season of the show (I'm hoping Cartoon Network decides to make the rest of the first season available on their online video service), and I know a lot of other devoted Stoked fans here feel the same way. What I'd like to know is, will there ever be a chance to purchase a DVD set of the second season of Stoked once it's finished airing in Canada? I'd be willing to pay a premium for it (up to $100, possibly more) if it was the only legal way to see the show's second season here in the United States.
